The reversing arrow
This experiment, simple but really surprising, has for object the refraction phenomenon of light: the light “bends” as it passes from one substance to another of different density (in this case from air to water), creating optical illusions.

What to do?
Draw an arrow with a marker on the sheet of paper, fold the paper so that it can stand vertically on the table.
Place in front of paper the empty glass.
Observing the arrow, pour water into the glass: the arrow will reverse its direction.
