Science experiments for children – How to make an hot air balloon: for all projects of a hot air balloon is good to take precautions to avoid causing fires, but do not give up for this experiment: to build a hot air balloon is the dream of every child … for example, you can always add a thread long enough and kept soft, which permits recovery of the balloon 🙂

first project
What do you need?
a plastic bag very thin,
small candles
thread,
adhesive tape ,
drinking straws,
ruler and scissors,
thin cardboard,
lighter.
What to do?
Fix the straws together to form a circle with a diameter of about 12 inches, without glue or tape, by just putting them into one another.
With the least amount of tape fix the circle of straws on the edge of the open plastic bag, and the balloon is made.
Cut a square of 2 inches to the side from the cardboard, and make four holes in the vicinity of the center (the holes should be slightly smaller than the width of the candles, so that they can fit perfectly), then attach to each side of the square of cartonboard about 12 inches thread.
Insert candles in the holes, connect the balloon and make sure that the square is well balanced with respect to the bag. Make all the necessary corrections.
Light the candles, waiting for the heated air to fill the bag, then let fly your hot air balloon
